Tribble fills in the compliance matrix. Contracts signs off.

RFPs, compliance matrices, security packages, CJIS addenda and past performance, answered from what your contracts, security and delivery owners already approved.

Compliance matrices: Tribble answers every requirement from what your owners approved, and shows where the proposal addresses it. A requirement an addendum changed goes to contracts.

Security packages · FedRAMP, GovRAMP and agency questionnaires

Tribble answers the security questionnaire from your SSP.

A state security office sends its own questionnaire, organized by NIST SP 800-53 control family, and every answer has to match the system security plan your assessor reviewed. Tribble drafts each one from the SSP’s control descriptions and your policies, in the agency’s file. Only an answer whose source changed since its last approval goes back to its owner.

  • Agency questionnaires answered family by family, from your SSP and policies
  • An answer built on an SSP section updated after your annual assessment goes to security compliance in Teams
  • Every answer shows its source, its owner and the approval date

Past performance and references

Tribble writes your references from what each project team approved.

Every RFP asks for three references of similar size and scope, and the evaluators call them. Tribble drafts each one from the project summaries your delivery leads approved: the agency, the scope, what went live and when. A detail no summary covers goes to the person who ran the project, in Teams, so a reference never claims more than the project delivered.

  • References and project descriptions from approved project summaries
  • A question about a records migration no summary covers goes to the delivery lead who ran it, in Teams
  • Every reference keeps its source, its approver and the date

Capture and agency calls · Tribble Engage

Tribble tells your capture team exactly what the authorization covers.

On a call, the agency asks whether reporting is covered by your FedRAMP authorization. Your account executive asks Tribble in Teams and gets the approved boundary statement, with its source, before the call moves on. Nobody tells an agency the whole product is authorized when only part of it is.

  • Approved answers on authorization scope, hosting, accessibility and support, with the source attached
  • Live suggestions on recorded calls, with consent
  • Follow-ups drafted to Outlook, so you send and archive as you do today
Asked in Teams. Tribble answers from the authorization boundary summary your security compliance lead approved.

CJIS and agency security addenda

Tribble shows which proposals went out under the old CJIS answer.

When your system holds criminal history from background checks, the agency adds the CJIS Security Addendum and asks how you screen, train and control everyone with access. Tribble answers from your personnel security policy and CJIS summary, and keeps each version of an answer, who approved it and every document it went into. When a practice changes, you can see which bids got the old answer.

  • Screening, training and access answers from your approved CJIS summary
  • Each version, its approver and every RFP, RFI and addendum it went into
  • Export the record when an agency’s security officer asks. Your team sends it
The record behind a CJIS answer: each version, its approver, and where it went.

Accessibility · Section 508 and WCAG

Tribble matches each 508 answer to the part of the product it covers.

Federal buyers ask for Section 508 conformance reports, and state and local buyers for WCAG 2.1 AA, for every part of the product a resident or inspector touches. Tribble answers each question from the report for that part of the product, and anything no current report covers goes to its owner in Teams.

A federal agency’s Section 508 review. Each answer comes from the report for that part of the product, and generated permits go to the accessibility lead.

What a public sector bid asks for, and where Tribble answers it.

Grouped by who owns the answer. Every one draws on the same approved SSP, terms, project summaries and past proposals.

Tribble connects to where the SSP, past proposals and project summaries already live.

Your SSP and policies in SharePoint, past proposals in Google Drive, project summaries in Confluence, capture notes in Salesforce. Tribble connects to them and keeps each one’s permissions.

Connected sources in Tribble. Each one keeps the permissions it already had.

FAQ

Common questions.

Does Tribble need access to the systems we run for agencies, or to criminal justice information?

No. Tribble works from documents: your SSP, policies, project summaries and past proposals. It doesn’t connect to the systems you run for agencies or the data in them, and each source keeps the permissions it already had.

Does Tribble decide whether we meet FedRAMP, GovRAMP or CJIS requirements?

No. Tribble drafts answers from the SSP, policies and summaries your security team approved, with the source on each, and your owners approve them. Tribble doesn’t hold or grant any authorization for you. Tribble itself is SOC 2 Type II compliant.

Can Tribble fill in an agency’s compliance matrix?

Yes. Tribble reads the agency’s matrix, answers each requirement from approved sources and shows where the proposal addresses it, in the agency’s own file. A requirement no approved answer covers goes to its owner before anything says “Comply”.

What happens when an addendum changes a requirement mid-bid?

Tribble answers the revised requirement from approved sources like any other. If no approved answer covers it, Tribble routes it to its owner, and the owner’s reply becomes the answer for this bid and the next.

How do we keep an authorization claim inside its boundary?

Answers are tied to the scope your security lead approved. When a question covers a component outside that boundary, Tribble doesn’t stretch the claim. It routes the question to your security lead.

Can Tribble write past performance references?

Yes, from the project summaries your delivery leads approved. A detail no summary covers goes to the person who ran the project, so a reference never claims more than the project delivered.

Does Tribble handle state and local RFPs as well as federal?

Yes. Answers can be approved for one jurisdiction or for all of them, so a GovRAMP review and a federal RFP each get the answer that applies.

Can account executives use Tribble on agency calls?

Yes. Tribble Engage answers in Teams or Slack with the source attached, suggests answers live on recorded calls, and drafts the follow-up to Outlook.
